What is your order process?

Add products and your artwork and then place your order. We'll send an email to confirm artwork (if applicable) and then we'll start production. Most orders take 7-10 workings days once artwork has been approved.

What does Safety Stock Supply?

Shipping

What are your lead times?

Most orders typically take 7-10 working days from when the artwork has been processed and approved. Times may vary depending on stock, but we will keep you updated on your order throughout each stage.

Do you do express delivery?

Yes. If you have an urgent or last minute order that requires a few more hands-on-deck that get in touch to let us know. Please note there might be an additional charge for express delivery.

Can you deliver to multiple sites?

Yes. We can support businesses with multiple sites by supplying consistent branded safety clothing and PPE across different teams, locations or departments.

Artwork

What is the best format to upload my logo?

To get the best result, vector formats is what we prefer. Files such as .ai, .svg, .eps, .pdf are the best.

If your logo or artwork's resolution is too low, this may delay your order and could result in additional charges.

If you're unsure, please get in touch and we can help you!

What if I don't have a vectored logo?

No problem, our team can either guide you on how to provide a vector file, or we can create a vector version. Please note we may have to charge an additional fee to create your logo.

Can you design artwork for me?

Yes! We've got a design team that can work with you to create a logo or artwork to go on your desired products. Please note additional charges will be quoted for design time.

Orders

What is your refund policy?

If an item has been branded we cannot offer a refund. If a customer has ordered plain stock items there will be a restocking fee.

If you believe a refund is appropriate, please contact us to discuss your order.

If something isn't quite right, will you fix it without any extra charges?

100% – We do our best to ensure the highest standard is upheld but sometimes things go wrong. If the order is not up to standard then we will do all that we can to fix the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

This will depend on the status of the order. Please get in touch by phone if you need to cancel but please bear in mind that there will most likely be a cancelation fee.

Do you do any discounts for multiple orders or returning customers?
